Our final Box Tops contest of the school year is here!  May 14^th through May 25^th, we want you to reach for the gold!    In the spirit of the summer Olympics, we will have an Estimation Jar full of bronze, silver and gold coins in the PTO display case.  The winner gets to keep the jar of coins!  To enter, you need to attach 10 unexpired Box Tops to the form. On Monday, May 21st, students will be able to participate in the Bell-
Graham School Picnic during the regularly scheduled lunch hours.
The picnic menu is as follows:

• Grilled Hot Dog (only entrée offered)
• Nacho Cheese Doritos
• Special Frozen Treat
• Grapes
• Milk

The price for the student picnic lunch will be the same as a regular lunch, $2.20. Lunch
scan cards will be used.

Order your 2011-2012 Yearbook full of memories! Ordering is quick and easy through Community Pass. You can select credit card or check. Order are due no later than June 1, 2012.  We will not be able to honor late orders.  Cost: $24.00 each. Yearbooks will be available for pick up on August 8th at Welcome Back Day. Fun and Fitness Day is returning to Bell-Graham. It is a great end of the year event.  The children really love this day! The date is Wednesday May 30th with Friday June 1st being the rain date. All the volunteer spots have been filled. Thanks!!!

· Check for fees or paid online receipt

You have your choice for School Supplies for the upcoming 2012/2013 school year. You can purchase your supplies using the Supply list provided by the school or you can purchase a Supply Kit as part of a PTO fundraiser. Each kit raises $7.50 towards the PTO fundraising budget. Kits can be picked up at Welcome Back day, August 8th, or delivered to your home. Kit orders are due June 1st. School's out for Summer! June 5th!

Many times when a child has a birthday parents ask if they can donate a book to the classroom or to the library. Both are wonderful ideas. Mrs. Boone submitted the 2013 Monarch Award Winning Book List (Grades K-3,  Bluestem Award Winning Book List (Grades 3-5), and Caudill Award Winning Book List (Grade 5-8).  The lists have great suggestions and are available in the Documents&Flyer section below. If purchasing for the Library, hardcover books are requested because they are more durable.
